Pain

Trust me I wasn't feeling very good (emotionally) when I wrote this...


I felt it before, I felt it again
My heart sinking and hands tied with a chain.
It makes me feel empty, it makes me go insane,
These are my feelings when I'm going through pain.

I feel like being showered totally in acid rain,
Which will therefore, cause all my blood to drain.
I feel like I've been left desperate for a single piece of grain,
This is how it feels when you are left alone in pain.

Blood splashing out when your head is hit by a cane,
Or, you been squelched hard by a cruising train,
Or, just like jumping from a sixty foot high crane,
These are similar to the way I feel my pain.

I have seen that big red stain,
Which is somewhere inside my brain,
I know it only gives me losses and no gain,
Yet, I still can't overcome my pain.
